Dr Dinesh Palipana OAM is proof that resilience can rewrite what’s possible.

After a spinal cord injury left him quadriplegic, Dinesh became Queensland’s first medical graduate and intern with a disability and he hasn’t stopped breaking barriers since.

Now a senior resident doctor at Gold Coast University Hospital, lawyer, and co-founder of Doctors With Disabilities Australia, Dinesh continues to advocate for inclusion, equality, and innovation in healthcare.
