Bit of Myofascial cupping today. Customised into our massage treatments for optimal results.

This technique is an excellent way to Improve circulation, promote mobility, range of motion and reduce pain.
This modality is particularly good for areas of congestion in the muscles.

I add in cupping with remedial massage just ask.

✨️ Relocation Notice ✨️

Sad times, unfortunately our landlord is selling. We have had a lovely 5 years in our Fairway Gardens community.

We have been accepted for a house in Springdale heights. The rental market was crazy and not much going for Thurgoona, unfortunately. Address will be updated in the weeks to come.

Back into the gym or exercise, sore muscles, time poor and cant get into your fav massage therapist?
Me too!

Utilizing a massage ball is a good alternative to massage therapy.
This form of self-myofascial release is usually carried out either after an exercise to aid muscle recovery or before a workout to loosen up sore muscles. Just lay on the floor and target your "sore spots" by feel.
Hold for 30 seconds with deep breaths and feel the release.

Tip- If you are holding your breath from too much pain. Alter your position which will lay off the pressure.
