With qualifications in fitness, massage, meditation and currently studying a Bachelor of Counselling, Melinda brings a mind-body-soul approach to every session. Whether you’re building strength, chasing sustainable weight loss, or just trying to feel good in your skin again Mel’s your girl.
Known for blending mindful movement with deep conversations and the occasional cheeky grin, her sessions go beyond the physical. She’s all about nervous system regulation, lasting results and helping you create a life (and body) you actually enjoy living in. Expect strength, softness, and a safe space to just be real.
