Spectrum Training is a Registered Training organisation (2441) providing Nationally Accredited training in Community Services and Business through Face to face, e-learning and blended learning options to suit individual learners. In addition it provides a range of other training and leadership programs, including the Team Management Profile and DISC profile. We are an approved provider of the Queensland Governments VET investment program 2014-2015.

As we head into the festive season, here are our Christmas and New Year opening hours:

🗓 No classes: 24th Dec – 4th Jan
🎅 Christmas Eve: early close @ 6pm
🎄 Christmas Day: Closed
🥊 Boxing Day: 7am – 12pm
✨ New Year’s Day: 7am – 12pm

Please note: Yoga classes will return on Monday, January 12th 🧘‍♀️✨

🎉 We Love Celebrating Birthdays at Spectrum! 🎉

One of our favourite things at Spectrum is celebrating the wonderful people in our community and birthdays are always a highlight for us! 🥳✨

Recently, it was Jamie’s turn to enjoy a birthday celebration with balloons, big smiles and a day filled with some of his favourite activities. He spent time shooting hoops, getting a workout in and enjoying all the fun that comes with being celebrated. 🎈💛

We love making our clients feel seen, valued and supported especially on special days like this.

🌸 We’re Supporting Share the Dignity! 🌸

Our Reach Your Full Potential clients have hand decorated donation bags and created a beautiful display in the Spectrum Gym reception to support the Share the Dignity campaign. 💛✨

We’re inviting our amazing community to help fill these bags with essentials and comfort items for women, girls and anyone doing it tough.

💖 What You Can Donate

Essentials:
Shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, body wash/soap, roll-on deodorant, unopened period products.

Optional Extras:
Makeup, face wipes, stationery, jewellery, books, gift cards, un**es, hairbrush, tissues, socks, towels, umbrellas.

Teens:
Scrunchies, lip gloss, earphones, movie vouchers.

Mum & Bub:
Maternity pads, breast pads, baby wipes, dummies, newborn nappies, baby wash, nappy cream, disposable nappy bags.

🚫 Please don’t include: pharmaceutical items, razors/knives/scissors, food or drinks.

Drop items at Spectrum Gym Reception during opening hours and check out the gorgeous display our clients have made!

💥 Big News! Meet Loxlee – Our New Exercise Physiologist! 💥

Hi, my name is Loxlee. I’m Spectrum’s new Exercise Physiologist.

Since graduating from UQ in 2018, working as an Exercise Physiologist has been a rewarding experience. I have a passion for working with physical and mental disabilities. Seeing people thrive is fulfilling work and a genuine motivator.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physios, and Dietitians. This has provided a wider understanding of allied health teams and the effectiveness of streamlined therapy goals.

I enjoy supporting people from all aspects of life and listening to their story. No one injury is the same as another!

Keep an eye out for new specialised group classes coming to Spectrum!

🎉 Get Ready! Spectrum’s Christmas Holiday Program is HERE! 🎄✨

The wait is finally over Spectrum is bringing you some seriously exciting news! Our School Holiday Christmas Program is officially here, and it’s packed with awesome new adventures and festive fun! 🎅🎁

Whether you’re ready to make a splash 💦 with epic water battles, dive into cool science experiments 🧪, or chase the thrills 🎢 at a theme park, there’s something for everyone this holiday season! 🌟

📅 Please RSVP by December 5th to secure your spot! With some of our amazing staff taking well-deserved leave, it’s super important to get your bookings in early so we can make sure you’re fully supported. 💜
