At Flow State, one of our guiding principles is to make every practice accessible and inclusive — and that includes affordability.
To be honest, talking about finances isn’t something that comes naturally to me. The money side of running a yoga and wellness studio can feel like an awkward conversation. But transparency matters, and our community deserves to understand the intention behind what we do.
Our classes — including Reformer Pilates — are priced on the more affordable end of the scale, and that has always been intentional. Affordability does not mean lower quality. Our classes are taught by experienced, highly trained teachers who care deeply about what they offer.
This isn’t about comparing ourselves to other studios — every business has its own model and its own challenges. What I can share is that at Flow State, we’re fortunate to have a strong, supportive community and a wide range of offerings that allow us to keep our classes accessible while still paying our teachers fairly and running the studio sustainably.
For the first time in four years, we’ve made a small price adjustment. This change simply allows us to meet the realities of inflation, without placing financial strain on our teachers, our community, or the studio itself.
Our intention remains the same:
affordable, high-quality practices, led by expert teachers, in a space that feels welcoming to all.
Thank you for supporting a studio that values accessibility, sustainability, and community. 🤍
