We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, dedicated and experienced, Part-time, Maintenance Person for our medical practices located south of Perth.
The Maintenance Person will provide support to the Director and senior Management team with day-to-day duties, the position will involve contractor engagement, contractor performance management and reporting.
All incoming maintenance enquiries via phone & email
Obtaining approval from Owners for all maintenance
Instructing tradespeople and following up the work
Obtaining quotes as required
Liaising with Senior Management for all insurance claims that relate to maintenance only
Keeping accurate records of every conversation, email and text from all parties relating to maintenance
Manage maintenance to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the business operations.
Coverage of after hour events when required.
Property Maintenance for director’s private properties.
