There are small differences that make a big impact when treating:

👉 insertional tendon issue (pain towards the heel)

Improving mobility is a long process and your body needs time to adapt.

It requires patience and commitment to the process 💭

But we often see some things that are neglected or not taken into consideration when trying to improve flexibility and mobility!

Your Pelvic Floor is a group of muscles, and just like your other muscles, it can and needs to work in different ways for different activities.

You can also train it more specifically for these functions, and should also train it to work during these functional activities.

Not just at the traffic lights doing these 💢⭕️💢⭕️ , although these can be good for awareness!

Leak with double unders? Train it to react quickly.
Leak with heavy squats? Train it to be strong.
Leak at the bottom of a heavy clean? Train it be quick and strong.
Leak towards the end of a half marathon? Train it for endurance.

Always remember that it also needs to be able to relax! Just like you wouldn’t walk around like this 💪🏼 all day, you also need to give it a chance, to rest, recover, and be ready for the next activity🏋🏽‍♀️

Mark brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from around the world in the musculoskeletal and sports physio space. He currently coaches, trains and occasionally competes in CrossFit, but grew up playing elite level Gaelic football in 🇮🇪

🧠 Known for his ability to think outside the box as well as having a warm and friendly approach. Mark is your go to for any complex or stubborn injuries.

🏃‍♂️An expert in any running related injuries. Recently finishing an Iron Man himself, Mark understands the demands of both endurance running and sprint work.

🫡 Highly empathetic but has just the right mix of firmness to make sure you get your exercises done.

💚 His approach incorporates the full realm of the Physio toolkit - to help focus on your whole self with promotion of healthy sleep, diet and mental health.

🥇Finding a way to get you through your competition or games when injured is her specialty. With an ability to think outside the box and apply evidence based practice.

🤝She is no stranger to chronic pain & long term injuries and uses her first hand experience to provide a holistic approach to treating and managing chronic pain

Owner of , occasional sprinter and all round superstar.

Lucia has over 10 years of experience working in physiotherapy. From treating high level CrossFit and weightlifting athletes to running & pre/post natal rehab.

Whilst we think she is a very talented physio, we find it more impressive that she’s able to keep Lorena, Mark & Jason doing what they’re meant to.

🏋️‍♀️ With a highly practical approach, she ensures the root cause of the injury is addressed.

🙌 She focuses on creating sustainable changes rather than quick fixes to ensure long term improvements

🏃‍♀️ Her extensive, first hand knowledge means she’ll be able to keep you training through injury (with a tendency to demo movements cold and strain a muscle, Lucia is no stranger to injury👀)

🤰She’s passionate about helping those with pelvic floor dysfunction and getting you back to doing what you love postpartum.
