Your Pelvic Floor is a group of muscles, and just like your other muscles, it can and needs to work in different ways for different activities.
You can also train it more specifically for these functions, and should also train it to work during these functional activities.
Not just at the traffic lights doing these 💢⭕️💢⭕️ , although these can be good for awareness!
Leak with double unders? Train it to react quickly.
Leak with heavy squats? Train it to be strong.
Leak at the bottom of a heavy clean? Train it be quick and strong.
Leak towards the end of a half marathon? Train it for endurance.
Always remember that it also needs to be able to relax! Just like you wouldn’t walk around like this 💪🏼 all day, you also need to give it a chance, to rest, recover, and be ready for the next activity🏋🏽♀️
