Great news! The Maximum Permissible Interest Rate has been reduced to 7.78% from the 1st July 2025.

Great news! 🌟

The Australian Government has announced a new start date for the Aged Care Reform, now scheduled to begin on 1 November 2025 (previously 1 July).

This delay allows more time to prepare Australians, support workers, and finalise systems to ensure a smoother transition. We are using this time to support our clients, upskill our teams, and ensure everyone is prepared for the transition.

You’ll continue to receive the same quality, compassionate care, just with a little more time to adjust.

🚨 Important Update for Aged Care Fees 🚨

Hey everyone! Just a heads up: There have been some changes to aged care fees....

✅ As of 20th March 2025, the Basic Daily Care Fee has increased to $63.52 per day.
✅ As of the 1st April 2025, the maximum permissible interest rate has decreased to 8.17%.

Love seeing happy clients in their new homes!

Nicole and Narelle had lovely lunch visit this week with Alice at her care facility in Duncraig. We used to care for Alice and Les at Choice Home Help before she made the decision to move into permanent care.

What a success story. Alice loves her new home, says the food is amazing, the staff are great and she’s busier than ever!
