🎯 Rep Ranges: 8–12

You’ll notice we’re targeting slightly higher reps. Why?
• 8–12 reps is the sweet spot for muscle growth.
• It gives enough load to challenge strength while creating the volume your muscles need to adapt.
• You’ll feel the burn as you get close to failure — and that’s exactly where the change happens.

🧠 What We Want From You
• Controlled tempo: Don’t rush. Own each rep through the full range of motion.
• Challenging weight selection: We use set rep ranges to push you. You might start a set at 12 reps, and as you increase the load, you’ll be working closer to 8 — that’s how progress is built.
