Every fortnight our team gets together for an EP-led education session — a chance to sharpen our skills, dive into new new research, and keep delivering the best service to our members.

Strength is the thing that actually moves the needle.
30–40 minutes of lifting will:
• build muscle
• boost metabolism
• protect your joints
• make you stronger for life

And if you DO have the time — and you’re already hitting 3–4 strength sessions a week — then yes, add your “fck-it activity”*.
Do the fun stuff. Enjoy the movement. We all need that.

But for a longer, healthier life?
You’ve gotta lift heavy sh*t.

The most common excuse?
“I just don’t have time.”

But here’s the truth bomb 💣👇
If you can’t find time when you’re busy…
You’ll never find time when life magically “calms down.”
(And spoiler: it won’t.)

And let’s be honest —
I’m sure your doom-scrolling hours and Netflix binges 🍿📱
would tell a very different story.
You’ve got time… it’s just going to the wrong things.

Because here’s the thing:
You can make time — especially for things that matter.
And nothing matters more than your health.
You only get one body. One shot.
Treat it like it’s worth something.

And no — you don’t need some “all or nothing” approach.
If you can only make 1–2 strength sessions a week,
that’s still better than doing nothing at all.
Your body will thank you for showing up — even on the small weeks.

If you can still sit there watching pointless reels…
You can give your body 30- 45 minutes.

It’s not about time.
It’s about priorities.
