A decade of training, community, and doing things differently — and it’s the InnerFit experience that sets us apart.

As we continue to evolve, the ClassPass model no longer aligns with delivering the level of quality, care, and consistency our members expect.
👉 We’ll be officially leaving ClassPass on 1st February.

Keep moving, training and sticking to your routine with adjusted hours and a lighter class schedule.

To beginners, to heavy lifters, to runners, riders, weekend warriors — anyone who moves. 💪
It’s normal. It’s part of being human. It’s part of training.

But here’s the way I see it 👇
I’d rather be strong when niggles show up, than weak when they do.

Strength training isn’t about never feeling sore or never getting tight.
It’s about being prepared.
It’s about resilience.
It’s about giving your body the ability to cope, repair, and bounce back faster. ⚡️

A strong body handles more load.
A strong body recovers quicker.
A strong body keeps you showing up — even when things don’t feel perfect. 🙌

We train for the long game.
We train so niggles don’t break us, pause us, or push us backwards.

Every fortnight our team gets together for an EP-led education session — a chance to sharpen our skills, dive into new new research, and keep delivering the best service to our members.

Instead of education, we rolled straight into a 25-minute conditioning AMRAP… and let’s just say the learning came in the form of being very, very gassed by the end. 😂💨

Plenty of laughs, plenty of puff, and a good reminder of exactly what our members feel in class — we’re right there with you!
