Tapping has been part of my career almost from the beginning. I first learnt it in 1999 at a workplace professional development session. At first I thought it interesting but I didn’t connect fully with it until I had my own experience of it relieving intense physical pain a few months later.

I went on to learn more and have always been particularly delighted with its benefits for anxiety.

Tune in to the Tapping World Summit. The Ortners have done an amazing job bringing tapping to the world.

It’s free to register however the talks only remain live for a limited time (unless you upgrade to buying them).
It’s part way through but I’m enjoying every day that I listen.

I’m coming up soon, it’s my first time as part of the TWS, so look out for that one. 😊
