As a new mum, it is common for women to go through increased emotions or feelings of being overwhelmed during the weeks after giving birth. When emotional distress is persistent and disabling, it can reach the level of clinical depression and clinical anxiety. Anasua specializes in supporting mums with PERINATAL and POSTNATAL adjustment issues. Anasua has gained in depth training in mum-baby attachment, including research and therapy over several years. Anasua has a DEEP passion in empowering mums, helping them BE the Parent they want to be.
