Mana O Kahiko is a traditional Hawaiian Halau (or school) where people come to learn about Hawaiian Culture, Spirituality and Healing directly from Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster from Molokai Hawaii. Kumu shares 51 Generations - more than 2 500 years - of traditional knowledge, wisdom and healing methods through a diverse program of learning options: structured courses, workshops, retreats, talks, presen

tations and online classes. We ensure that each person has a strong and thorough foundation of knowledge and wisdom first, then they can build on this through training in Hula - Hawaiian Dance, Lomi Lomi - Hawaiian Bodywork Massage, Ho'oponopono - the healing of the past or other healing modalities that interest them. The Mana O Kahiko website, www.manaokahiko.com, explains the importance of learning about Hawaiian Spirituality & Healing through a verified lineage and with a recognised Kumu - traditional teacher who is trained to a level of Mastery and recognised by his peers, teachers and Elders as having done so.
