One of the services that we love doing at your Local Lemon tree Passage Pharmacy is MedsCheck and Diabetes MedsCheck

A MedsCheck enables a patient to go to community pharmacy and discuss their medicines with a pharmacist, who advises on what the medicines do, and how to use and store them, as well as address any problems. A Diabetes MedsCheck focuses on patients with type 2 diabetes and their diabetes medicines.

So,
-If you are taking too many medicine and want to know about them in depth.
-If you want to know why you are taking all these medications.
-If you want to know when is best time to take your medicine to avoid clashing between them.
-If you take vitamins and complementary medicines and not sure whether they affect you regular medicines or not
and for many other reasons

Come and see us at the pharmacy or call to book you in for an appointment to go through them and to provide the appropriate advice.

Good Morning lovely people

As promised we will be providing weekly updates about the e-petition going on for our roads

We are standing at the moment writing this post (11.26 am) at 5360 signatures which is almost 1000 signatures in a week

Few points:

2- Please try your best in getting Medowie on board with this to pump the numbers (sharing in their community pages-talking to them etc)
3- Deadline for the e-petition is 14/10/2025

We need to carry on and we will get there

Being the only community pharmacy recognized among health and community centers and medical centers
