Connection is Everything

I am here on this Earth, in this lifetime to CONNECT.

I had this radical realisation that was borne through one particularly surreal Breathwork practice at the end of 2019. I thought... Connection? Is that it? My purpose? Surely it is more than that... it can't just be Connection. It’s so loose and flailing, I thought. It has to be more than that... doesn't it?

Then in about April of this year it was like lightning again. CONNECTION it kept saying... and it was finally clear. I am here to cultivate and facilitate Connection. For me it is Connection to our true Self; to the present Moment; with Each Other; with the Earth; with our Purpose. Connection is not loose and flailing.... it is Everything.

I have always been a facilitator of connection my whole life. When I look back I see the trail of bread crumbs that lead me to here where I am now. I see the connections I facilitated along the way; friendship groups, marriages, careers, the list goes on. Through these connections I see the life journeys branching out on a different trajectory than perhaps it would have been, it was like I was shaping the course of destiny.

I am a Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation facilitator. But is that all? No, I am none of those things and all of them. They do not define me - they are merely a skill set that I hold. They are a vessel and a means to reaching more people, to facilitate and cultivate a beautiful soul deep Connection to and through the Self. I know that if we can Connect deeply and truly to our own Self, only then can we create real, loving and long lasting Connections with anyone and anything else. Thus, the seed of Connection as my purpose was planted and is now budding into bloom.

My practices, events and courses are both live and online. All focussed on Connection to Self through the 3 pillars:

Breathe - Connect to your Breath to connect to the present moment and to your Self. The breath is our most powerful and accessible tool to cultivate a deep connection within, to find stillness and clarity. Releasing energy and realising insights in the place of the stillness, which is usually obscured by our overly busy minds.

Flow - Connect with the flow to connect to your Self and the present moment. Be it flow of movement through yoga or just going with the flow of life. Not fighting against it but accepting what is and allowing the natural grace of your life to progress with a gentle guidance and steering from you, the creator. Let’s call it flowing downstream, with the current.

Be - Connecting with your breath and the flow will automatically connect you to your Being. This is inevitable. By connecting with your Being you open the portal to connecting with Others on a much deeper and real level. So just Be You. Love you and all that you are. No judgement, no expectations, no negativity. Just the pure awareness that you are joy in flesh, happiness is your birth right, because you were born and for no other reason than that. Breathe, meditate, live mindfully, be truthful, love yourself, honour your body, give yourself time in the moment.

So in summary, it is allll about Connection. Keep practicing... Breathe. Flow. Be.
