Our fun-loving leader is Kate. She is a Women's Well-Being Coach specialising in MOVEMENT & STRENGTH for everyday life ...and extraordinary ADVENTURES!
On a daily basis you'll find Kate working closely with fellow health practitioners to help your elderly loved-ones move better and remain in the comfort of their own space. Our focus is MOBILITY & FALLS PREVENTION.
You can also find her sparking the imaginations of young children, helping encourage and develop their movement & soccer skills as Coach Kate, with Little Kickers Far North Coast.
