Hi All just letting you know that the clinic has reopened after a short break and passing on some very exciting news that a few clients have recently let me know that they have become pregnant. Its a wonderful thing for me as a practitioner to hear that I have been able to help couples in this way, its what makes me love my work so much. I find the combination of Acupuncture and Naturopathic support very helpful for couples that are finding it difficult to start their family.
The time before you actually start trying to conceive a is very important time to start treatment as the health and strength of your eggs and s***m are very dependant on your health at the time they are maturing and this time starts around 4 months before they are ready for conception.

Have you heard the term “pre-conception care” and wondered what this is all about?
Having a baby is the biggest thing that happens in many people’s lives, when you are planning to start a family you are laying the foundation for the rest of your life and that of your baby. So it makes sense to do the best you can to ensure that you and your partner are in the best possible health before you start trying to conceive. Numerous studies have shown that the health and well-being of parents at conception and, mum’s health throughout pregnancy and breast feeding, have a strong impact on the health and well-being of their baby.
