🪩 A one-hour dancing session for all abilities and all ages available at LHH.

🤗 This inclusive session combines joyful, expressive movement with therapeutic benefits, promoting physical wellbeing, confidence, and connection in a fun and supportive environment.

Jim’s Retirement 🥲

Friday the 23rd July, LHH celebrated the retirement of Jim Hamilton. After many years of dedication to the community and being our shining light at the clinic, we wish Jim all the very best and will miss his smile and wit that he brought every week. 🥰
