Occasionally you meet extraordinary people doing extraordinary things. Meet Merlin. This guy decided a few months ago that he needed a challenge. He wanted to find out how far he could push himself. So he ran, unassisted, from the northern most point (Cape York) to the southern most point (tip of Wilsons Prom). Thats right RAN! But because he had a lot of thinking time he decided to run across Tasmania (it looks small on the map right?). He has now embarked on trying to run from Melbourne to Perth - just a gentle run really.

I love a remarkable story and this is truly one of those. The world can be mundane, hum drum and even downright boring at times. People like Merlin inspire us all to think at least a little bigger about what is possible once you set a goal and start moving towards it. Follow him on instagram- "wizard of run" is what he calls himself. Amazing to see and what a lovely humble fella he is. 😊😊

A wonderful and informative catch up with all our practitioners.

Recently we had a great presentation evening with Suzie Netzler of Sleep Apnea Support Services and Julia Short, one of our Advanced Myotherapists at Leongatha Health Hub.

Suzie spoke about her sleep apnea journey and how her diagnosis inspired her to begin a career dedicated to supporting individuals with CPAP therapy

Julia shared her myotherapy expertise that encompasses a range of therapies including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy as well as exercises tailored to individual needs
