Over the last few weeks, we have harvested all our garlic, bunched and tied them, hung them up to dry and trimmed them. A yearly job that we look forward to each season (mostly so we don't have to w**d the garlic patch anymore 😂). Great job everyone! 🧄

This week we celebrated a couple of milestone birthdays for two of the fella’s.
Congratulations to Kalan on his 21st birthday and to Justin (Junkyard) on his 40th birthday. 🥳🎁🎂

Back at it this week after a few weeks break!
Rowan has been busy this week picking, cutting and freezing apricots (so many!). We also made some jam out of them 😋
Today we started picking all our plums too, making sure we get in before the birds do 🐦

A massive shout out to the Ford team for volunteering their day yesterday to help us at The Paddock!
The day was spent building the new fence, forming and composting veggie beds and mulching paths. The guys from Ford even cooked up a BBQ for lunch!

The crew have been very busy over several months, growing and caring for approx 5000+ native plants for Barwon Water. We then were able to get involved with planting some of them at the reservoir site in Highton. Sure a huge job, but we are very proud of what we achieved, especially now seeing all of the plants in the ground!
