If you don't enjoy chaos, volunteering at Feed Me is not recommended. 🤣🤣

Unfortunately with good intentions every day we have tried to run at normal capacity but we have been kidding ourselves. We have rangehoods being installed, kitchen equipment lining the shed, cupboards being demolished and a skip coming tomorrow to clear out some space as we grow larger day in and day out.

We have kept all our food relief runs going while still operating our market daily but failed to run the cafe this week.

We are needing these changes to increase our cooking capacity from 6000 meals a week to possibly 10,000 coming out of our kitchen... 10,000 meals... just think about that for a second. One little kitchen making meals for the thousands of people that are reaching out to us for help.

Our phone rings every 5 mins from sunrise to sunset. More and more people are needing us. So we are stepping up and need you to support our closing for a few days.

The problem is we have a market full of food! So what do we do?
We pull it all out into the carpark and you come and SAVE IT!
