Happy New Year!!! We love papaya in my house bc it’s so yummy but also great for inflammation - and these spicy, bitter and slimy little seeds are good for keeping parasites at bay. My girls won’t touch them bc they say they’re like rabbit poos 😆 but that’s more for me. I leave it in the sun for a day or 2 to sweeten up- we also do regular iver and fenbendazole and CDS. If you want to know more about CDS happy to chat how it’s helped me on top of liver and gall bladder cleanses 🌳☀️🌊

First swim of the season - way later than usual but we have been totally sun deprived & frikkin’ freezing here. This is my fave beach at OG that has an energy line running through this point and it never fails to release the crap and BS emotionally, etherically, amd mentally and align back to self - love it!!! 🥰 ☀️🌊

Finally made my runes from the operculums of the green turbo marine snail engraved with ink. These little doors are tough, with gorgeous spirals that almost overcooked the engraver. There are many along Barwon Heads bluff - ancient dragon energy there 🌊☀️

Calling women to join me for my introductory 6 wks course in using the Jade or Yoni egg. Especially if you are feeling disconnected, lack joy and feel things just aren't the same after childbirth, menopause or medical trauma. Let's share a journey together to better connect to self, body awareness, inner strength and pleasure through weekly gentle jade egg & pelvic floor exercises, breathing practices & healing.

I share what I know from my personal practice over the last 8 years, being a mother of 2 girls and from teaching yoga for over 12 years (specialising in prenatal yoga) & Self Directed Healing & Meridian Energetics practitioner.

My intention is to help and support you to heal & better connect to yourself, and through this make more heart aligned choices and consequently improve your quality of life, your relationships with those around you and the environment.

This course is done from the privacy of your home via zoom and timed to encourage sharing and connection with each other in the group as we progress.

Timing is Mamma friendly starting at 8.15pm – 9.15pm every Thursday

Suits women of all ages, UTI and pregnant (post 12-wks) OK
