The Blue Hills Village community recently came together to farewell their long-serving Customer Liaison Manager, Diane, at a beautifully catered Morning tea with Residents and Management.

Diane will be moving into a new and exciting position in the wider BaptistCare organisation, and we wish her lots of luck in this new chapter. Thank you to everyone who attended this wonderful event!

Hello,
I would like to share our wonderful visit at The Gracewood BaptistCare Community-lifestyle resort like village.

Tracey, the Village Manager provided a day to showcase the Village to our key Managers.

From the beautiful landscaped gardens, terrace Cafe, alfresco entertaining zones and community vegetable garden; It certainly left a smile on our faces and warm fuzzy feeling of how wonderful community Retirement villages can be!

Thank you to Helen Bradey Chairperson of the residents committee that provided insight to the vibrant activities and strong connection with Management.

Thank you Baptist Care for your time to present and answer residents questions in this time of transition.

The Tulich Legacy has been a pinnacle success of our fabulous village and our warm and friendly community.

We heard the passion Baptist Care has to offer and the continuation of excellent services with retirement living benefits.

Our residents enjoyed a lovely morning tea, mingled and had great questions that were answered on the day.

After much deliberation, Tulich Family Communities has announced it has entered into an agreement for three of our sites to be acquired by BaptistCare NSW & ACT.

These sites include Blue Hills Retirement Village & Manor in Prestons, Durham Green Retirement Village, Lodge & Manor in Menangle and Kintyre Living Retirement Village & Lodge in Dubbo. Each location has a retirement village and aged care home and will complement BaptistCare’s existing presence in these regions.

BaptistCare is a not for profit care organisation that shares similar values to Tulich Family Communities, and we are pleased a like-minded organisation has chosen to invest in and commit to our locations at Prestons, Menangle and Dubbo.

BaptistCare will take over operation of the three sites during late-March, and will work closely with staff and residents to ensure a seamless transition.
