Our Story

Greystanes started in 1958 as a children’s home in Leura for children with complex health needs. Sixty years on we are a registered NDIS Provider and ICARE accredited disability service operating in the Blue Mountains, Nepean and Greater Western Sydney. We are small charitable not for profit organisation that offers person centred active support through independent supported living, supported accommodation, day progams, support coordination and plan management.
