It has been such a pleasure to work from this beautiful space and to confirm that this is exactly what I want to be doing moving forward — treating clients with massage in a way that is relaxing, restorative, and remedial, while integrating beauty and Reiki. These are the things I love and believe in, and I will continue to grow my skills and treatments in this space of the heart.

This is not the end — just the next step. Watch this space as Sanctara continues to grow, with more updates on treatment dates, availability, and exciting offerings coming soon.

🌿 A New Chapter for Sanctara 🌿

Next Monday, 22nd of september will be Sanctara’s last day operating from PhysioPoint in Leura. This beautiful shared space has been such a nurturing home for my business, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to create something truly special there.

Having this space allowed my vision for Sanctara to come to life. It’s been a wild and wonderful adventure stepping into the business world, something I never imagined I would do, and now that I’ve had a taste of it, I know this is exactly what I want to keep building.

✨ What’s Next ✨
Sanctara will now be moving fully mobile for the foreseeable future. I’m excited to bring my treatments to you, whether you’re at home, staying in an Airbnb, or enjoying a retreat in the Blue Mountains.

I’m also thrilled to continue collaborating with Elope Blue Mountains for wedding and elopement packages, which has been such a meaningful and exciting venture.

A Small Ritual, A Gentle Reset

A beautiful friend of mine recently shared how, ever since she was young, she’s felt drawn to run her hands through bowls of crystals in shops — finding comfort in their texture, sound, and quiet presence. When I visited her home, I noticed she had created her own crystal bowl on her table. Inspired, I gathered my own collection and did the same.

Now it’s become a little ritual in my home — a grounding moment I return to often. My children do it to, naturally walking over and letting the stones sift through their fingers. There’s no goal, just sensation: the coolness, the weight, the soft sound.

Among the collection are zebra stones, which speak of balance and harmony, and primordial stones, rich with ancient earth energy. Without realising it, we’ve been creating a kind of healing micro-ritual — connecting with the earth, and with ourselves, through our senses.
