It was packing day here at HQ today, for the Share the Dignity - It's in the Bag campaign. I love donating to this wonderful cause. Their mission is to make sure ALL women have access to essential sanitary items, particularly those who have fled domestic violence or are doing it tough.

The kids loved helping out sorting and selecting each item for the bags we put together. It also opened up a beautiful conversation about giving to others who need support. A BIG thank you to Stewie's Rigging and Hire for your donations to this great cause, and wanting to give back. 🥰

They have a long way to go to reach their goal, to fulfil the orders they've received from community organisations. So if you have an old handbag that's still in great condition, fill it with essentials like:
👜 Shampoo/conditioner,
👜 Soap or body wash,
👜 Toothpaste and toothbrush,
👜 Some sanitary items (in date and unopened),
👜 Plus, anything else you think might be helpful.

There are a few extra essential items for a Mum's and Bubs bag. Check their website for a full list and what colour ribbon to tie on to the bags.

Collection points are at your local Bunnings store, and finish tomorrow, Sunday 30 November at 5pm.

You can also donate online, which goes towards putting these bags together if you prefer that.

Much love,
Sarah 💜

Let me reintroduce myself and share a few beautiful shifts happening here so you know who I am, what I do, and how I can support you or someone you love.

I’m Sarah Molloy, creator of Sarah Molloy - Holistic Health and Healing. I’m a wife, mum of three, l have two dogs (labrador's), a bunch of chickens, and a heart that’s always been called to nurture and guide others.

My own path to motherhood wasn’t straightforward. When my husband and I decided to start a family, it took patience, learning, and trust. We experienced loss, sought both medical and natural support, and through it all, I discovered my body’s wisdom. I was diagnosed with Polycystic O***y Syndrome, and through lifestyle change, mindset shifts, emotional healing, and listening to my intuition, I found my rhythm and now have three beautiful children and a naturally regular cycle.

This journey awakened my purpose to help other women and couples conceive and parent consciously, blending natural fertility support, emotional healing, and intuitive connection.

I’m so excited for what’s to come and the ways I can hold space for your journey.

If you or someone you know is ready for this kind of support, I’d love for you to follow along or share this with them.

With love,
Sarah 💜

When we feel lost, misaligned, out of sorts or wonder how we even got to where we are... This creates an opportunity for awareness and reflection. It creates moments to question, 'If not this, then what else?' It allows us to come home to our true self and remember who we are at our core.

Not what we think we need to be or should be, or even what the world wants us to be or asks us to be, but the person that's been there all along, waiting patiently for the moment they're asked to step forward into the light and to be reintroduced.

If you're reading this, perhaps this is your call to remember, rise, awaken, and embody her.

I am holding an event on 18 October, Embody Her at . If you would like to join me for a magical day of rediscovering and connecting with yourself and other heart-led women, comment EMBODY and I'll send you through the details or follow the link in my bio.

Spring is here, and it's a time of renewal, rebirth, and growth.

There are always breadcrumbs leading us to our path, but if we don't listen, see it, or put it down to coincidence, we'll miss them. We'll miss what is meant for us because we're blinded by comfort and what we think we're supposed to do or be.

What intentions need to be set? What action will you take towards your dreams? What is this season asking of you?

If it’s embodying her, the one that you know you've always been but didn't have the courage to stand bravely and share with others, then perhaps you should come along to my Embody Her Day Retreat on 18 October... 🦋

If you're interested, DM me for the details or follow the link in my bio.

Oh, hey...!!

I hope you've all had a great start to the week, and January brought many blessings your way, too.

I had my first official week back last week, along with school and kindy starting back after a wonderful holiday time spent with the family.

I am EXCITED for all 2025 will bring and pivoting in my business slightly, which you'll hear more about soon.

Happy New Year All!

Yes, I know I'm only just getting to now, but there's no real rules around this right? We're still in January...

I have been soaking up the new year vibes and have been spending little time on socials, whilst all my babes are on school holidays.

I hope that you enjoyed all of the festivities of Christmas and New Years, and you were able to spend time with your families and get some rest to reset for the year ahead.

Each year, I pick three words. Last year, my words were freedom, abundance, and growth, which I achieved, just not in the way I expected. I was given the freedom to choose what I wanted for myself and my family, which led to resigning from my day job mid-year to focus on my babies and my business. While this was what I wanted, I found it challenged me, too.

Abundance flowed in multiple areas of life, from finances to travel and adventures, to love and quality time, to growth and healing, to awareness and expansion.

My growth was great too in the form of healing my past wounds, expanding my awareness and view of the world, and understanding that we are only limited by our beliefs, point of focus, and the choices and action we take (or don't).

If I had to sum up 2024 in one word, it I would say it was transition. Whilst I didn't achieve all that I hoped to, my challenges were preparing me for what's to come this year.

My words for 2025 are health, wealth, and fulfilment.

I look forward to sharing more with you and supporting you, and know that just by changing your focus, you will change your life.

DAY 12: REDUCE YOUR STRESS!

We live in a society that praises full schedules with limited down time, and not being present and in the moment. We are often rushing and have a number of different mental tabs open at a time. Christmas time can enhance this for people. It can also feel tricky at times to prioritise ourselves, but it is important to do this for our health and overall well-being.

Some things you can do to reduce stress is to meditate. It can be helpful to do it daily at a set a time. They can also be short meditations that only last a few minutes, and you can use an app or audio recording, or you can simply sit in silence and just notice where your mind goes.

Another thing you can do is breathwork. There are many different techniques you can do, but to keep simple to start with is to take big belly breathes in and out slowly. Breathwork helps to calm your nervous system when it is feeling overworked.

Another thing you can do is go for a walk in nature and you could include the first two in this activity and gain the benefits of all three.

The importance of reducing our stress is to ensure our health is optimal, our sleep will improve, our digestion will improve, our mental capacity will benefit, and the energy we bring in our life.

This was my last one. I hope the big man visits you tonight and you're on the nice list.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
