Cutting down on sugar does not only mean white sugar. "Natural sugars" like honey and those contained in fruit juices are just as bad. It's a popular misconception that eating lots of fruit is good for you. However, remember everything in moderation and that it's 5 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit. Fruit contains a lot of natural sugars! Please discuss with your GP or dietician.
