My clients husband went away, her kids got sick, she got gastro AND her period (one thing after the next).. and she STILL didn’t spiral & give up.

THIS is what ‘staying on track’ actually looks like when life gets messy & why she’s getting results 👇🏻

Injury, her and the kids sick, husband gone away, period & 0 workouts. She had EVERY reason to throw in the towel and give up, but INSTEAD 👇🏻

Fat loss isn’t how ‘good’ you can be.. it’s actually how you plan for the messy weeks (because they HAPPEN! I promise.. I actually tell my girls when I onboard them that things aren’t always going to be smooth sailing 24/7)

So the last coach you signed up with left you in the dark on weekends? 👻

Not here sis! We plan AHEAD so when the weekend comes up, you feel confident and on track 🎯 (because the choices you make Saturday and Sunday will make or break your results!!!!)

This is exactly what I told her in her check in in a nutshell 💪🏻🔥

👉🏻Ticking the boxes Monday to Friday + the weekend feels a little like we can ‘let our hair down’, and in a way we can do that BUT without writing the whole weekend off
👉🏻Steps, workouts + protein during the week has been a huge win & not a sticking point at all
👉🏻Weekends we’re going to focus on meal timings - she is a little bit of a snacker + the weekends = no structure

✅ adding in a breaky, lunch and dinner (regular meals) that have protein in them so the need to snack eases
✅ substantial 3 main meals - more protein (especially in the morning) will mean feeling fuller for longer and not eating randomly / sporadically
✅ upcoming bestie birthday dinners means planning ahead at the start of the week so we can bank some cals for cocktails + dinner out

First up.. it’s not your partners fault, hear me out 🍔 (because you can make it work with your goals.. it just means being organised)

My client came to me because she’s trying to eat better on her journey & her partner keeps ordering takeaway on a Friday.. which was frustrating because she was feeling like she waa constantly caving in.

Here’s what I told her.. 👇🏻

First of all, going into the weekend with 0 plans is the reason she was falling short.

We identified the trigger: Friday/Saturday night = tired + partner suggests takeaway = automatic yes
Now? She stops negotiating with herself at the point of hunger or fatigue

The shift we made… pre deciding and planning ahead + portion control
👉🏻She chose her takeaway meal before the day started (no in-the-moment ordering panic)
👉🏻She decided her “default order” that still fit her goals (protein-based + planned portion)
👉🏻Slowing down & taking her time
👉🏻 She stopped using takeaway as a “treat reward” and started treating it like a planned meal

With my support in our 1:1 check in? Eating pizza with her fam bam every Friday AND still hitting her targets every day

Here for a wed shred update 💍 officially ONE YEAR OUT!!! I’m sorry?!!!

It’s all feeling real now.. the planning and prep is in swing and I’m soo excited

Last week I had a week break from my strength and did some reformer which was fun for something different but now she’s straight back to her weights 💅🏼

I’m feeling the strongest I’ve ever felt but I was feeling a little too cruisey, so now we are back to challenging ourselves with our weights MORE which is the aim of the game ❤️‍🔥

Also netball season is in full swing, and I LOVE having something to train for.

Here’s to getting faster & stronger! Building a body I love that functions well + thrives 🤎💪🏼
