At Yarra Hills Chiropractic, we celebrate the small things (which are actually the BIG things!)

One of our favourite moments is when a patient walks back through our doors after a year—or even two—saying:
“Hey Doc, I haven’t been in for ages as I’ve been feeling great, but I only just started feeling sore a few days ago!”

To us, that’s the ultimate compliment. Restoring and maintaining your spinal health so well that you’ve been able to live life comfortably, without needing ongoing adjustments.

As a true Gonstead Chiropractic clinic, this is what we aim for:
Find it. Fix it. Leave it alone.

The reality is, many of our patients only need to check in every 6-12 months, and when they do, we don’t scold them or slap on extra fees for “not coming back sooner.” Instead, we celebrate! We take the win. We high-five. We spend the extra time needed to assess where things are at and get you feeling your best again—without making you feel bad about the time in between.

And to our loyal patients who choose to come in every 4–6 weeks to keep everything finely tuned—we see you, and we appreciate you just as much. Some people, based on their individual history, injuries and health goals, require care more frequently and experience the benefit of regular Chiropractic adjustments. Ongoing care is a proactive choice, and we’re here to support you however often you need us.

Because at the end of the day, that’s the goal: long-lasting results, and knowing we’re here when you need us.

Day 4 - R&R and Day 5 - Nabawalo Hosptial. It amazed to see how remote some of these communities are and how basic the hospitals are in these regions.

My favourite part was seeing all the doctors, nurses and dentist become patients and love the experience of getting their first adjustment.
