Driving change for a decade 🚗🎉

For 10 years, L2P has been pairing young people who need extra support with dedicated mentors to help them get their driver’s licence.

Together, they focus on safe driving skills, building confidence behind the wheel, and working toward the 120-hour goal. But beyond practical lessons, these journeys also create space for trust and connection — something every young person deserves.

Celebrating a decade of L2P, we’re proud to reflect on the meaningful impact the program has had on learners like Alexis, Monique and so many others.

Emma’s story is one of empathy, trust and transformation. Every day, she walks beside people living with disability — helping them build confidence, overcome barriers and take steps toward a better life.

Emma doesn’t just coordinate support; she listens, celebrates every win and lets people set their own pace. Her approach is all about building trust, nurturing growth and believing in what’s possible.

From learning communication skills to gaining independence, Emma’s support is changing lives — one step at a time. Her story is a reminder that progress may be slow, but with patience and care, incredible things can happen.

Healthcare should feel safe, convenient, and supportive — and now it can for more women across Victoria 💜

Our Virtual Women’s Health Clinic brings trusted care to you with free, virtual appointments, cutting out long drives, wait times, and extra costs.

We’re proud to see Dr Mei Ly, one of our amazing GPs at the clinic, featured by the Victorian Department of Health for helping make this possible.

If you're looking for sexual and reproductive care that fits around your life, visit: https://www.each.com.au/services/virtual-womens-health-clinic

Dr Ly, a general practitioner (GP) at the virtual women’s health clinic, sees first-hand how virtual care can change women’s lives.

For many women, receiving health care might not be straightforward. The barriers are real: long wait times, high costs, difficulty finding a female GP, past negative experiences, and, in regional areas, the challenges of distance and transport. Add stigma and privacy concerns , and it can feel easier to stay silent than to seek help.

“I hope that speaking with us can help rebuild their trust and confidence in the health system. Services like this virtual clinic are vital for women’s health in Victoria because they break down barriers to access… It removes the need for travel, reduces waiting times, and empowers women to seek care earlier.”

At the heart of the virtual women’s health clinic is trust. Trust that women will be listened to. Trust that their care will be safe and confidential. Trust that no matter where they live, women can reach out and find support.

“I hope that women feel hopeful and supported when they connect with this service. I want every woman to feel heard and know that they have a safe place to turn to for help.”

Every woman deserves to feel heard and have access to the care she needs, wherever she lives.
