On February 26th, 2018, By Design Holistic Health moved to 1/22 Hardy St, Lilydale. After a few years of looking for a suitable new home to expand our services to the Lilydale, Yarra Valley and surrounding suburbs, we found one. After a little sprucing up and some new administration staff, our team of 6 Osteopaths, will be complemented by an Integrative GP Dr. Natalie Barton, Naturopaths, Katie Kuivisto and Tim Howden, Remedial Massage therapist Adam, Massage therapist Danielle and Psychologist Kat Cunningham.

At By Design Holistic Health, you can now get help for body, mind, soul and spirit. And, we plan to expand further in the future. Come see us in our new home.

Osteopaths address muscle and joint dysfunction, that may give you pain or stop you doing what you want to. We help people of all ages, with most conditions.

Our favourite conditions to treat are headaches from the neck, back pain from ergonomics or an injury and sporting-related injuries, so we can see you get back to functioning at your best.

Osteopaths like to diagnose the problem, assess the cause of the problem and get to the root of the issue. We don’t like being ‘band-aid’ practitioners and place a very high value on excellent, professional diagnosis and treatment.

Osteopaths treat each person on an individual basis and will tailor treatment and management plans accordingly. Naturopathy presents a holistic approach to healthcare that aims to improve and optimise your health. Naturopaths put strong emphasis on prevention and education and is particularly effective in the treatment/management of chronic diseases. We promote healthy, clean living and recommend nutritional and herbal medicines, supplements and lifestyle modifications tailored to the individual.

Counselling services are available to children, young people, adults, couples and families. Professional counselling is a safe and confidential collaboration between counsellor and client, to promote mental health and wellbeing, enhance self understanding and resolve identified concerns. Some specific areas of focus may be aspects of identity, spirituality, relationships with self and others, past experiences, parenting, grief and loss, trauma, domestic violence, child abuse, use of alcohol and other substances, depression, anxiety and other experiences/emotions.
