I enjoyed being part of the 'circle of being' today at Beattie Street Health! It was lovely to spend some time with mums to be and mums with new babies, talking about the importance of gut health and nutrition during breastfeeding for mum and baby. It feels like a long time since I had my babies, but then again after the discussions this morning the shared connection and experience of new motherhood still feels like yesterday!
