✨ Shelby’s School Holiday Intensive ✨

Shelby recently completed a two-week Physio and Exercise Physiology Intensive — focusing on strength, balance, confidence, and independence through fun, play-based therapy.

Her goals for this block included:
🏃‍♀️ Cruising along walls and surfaces with control
🚶‍♀️ Taking independent steps between furniture
🌈 Walking up an incline using her walker

Each goal came to life through creative, goal-based activities — from cruising on sensory mats and balance beams to stepping between furniture in the Enliten harness and tackling inclines on the driveway and grass for endurance.

Every step built Shelby’s confidence, strength, and independence — one goal at a time. 💪
We’re so proud of the amazing progress she’s made this intensive! 🌟

It’s Halloween Dress-Up Week at our Riverina Clinic! 🎃

That’s a wrap for our Riverina Bike Riding Group 🚲

What a ride!

Our Riverina Bike Riding Group wrapped up with so much fun, laughter, and progress! Over the holidays, kids worked on key bike skills like starting and stopping, balancing, steering, changing speed, and following road safety rules — all through play and teamwork.

From musical riding and scavenger hunts to What’s the Time, Mr Wolf?, every activity helped build confidence, coordination, and independence — one pedal at a time. 💪✨

A big thank-you to everyone who joined and to our amazing team — Physiotherapist Hannah, with Jessee and Eliza — for guiding each little rider towards their goals and making it such a success! 🌈

In our therapy sessions, Spot It helps kids work on:

👁️ Visual perception: finding matching pictures sharpens scanning and focus.

🤸‍♀️ Fine motor control: grabbing or pointing builds coordination and dexterity.

👏 Attention and thinking skills: quick rounds encourage focus, memory and flexible thinking.
