Here is a little background to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Henry’s Law states that the amount of gas that can be dissolve in a liquid is proportional to the partial pressure of that gas. Using a low-pressure hyperbaric chamber (HBOT), it increases atmospheric pressure and forces more oxygen to dissolve directly into the blood plasma, even in areas where blood flow is impaired. This is a key mechanism for delivering oxygen to tissues, as the hemoglobin's in red blood cells is already nearly saturated at normal pressure.

Our move back to Leichhardt is now complete with the recommissioning of the hyperbaric chamber on the first floor (above the Grappa Restaurant) in Norton Street. With dedicated parking underneath, a lift to help with easy access, and light rail only five minutes away, the location is ideal. We have phased out our original online booking software and integrated it into an existing practitioner diary.
