Even just getting through a round at a competition is a win! Let the small things go! Don’t dwell on little things or it can ruin your whole ride/day!

At the end of the day we ride for the feeling and joy it gives us!

We all have off days and that is so ok, just the fact you got on and gave it a go is the win!

If you aren’t enjoying your rides go back to where it all began. Find your spark!Change it up! Get yourself out of that negative mindset and go find your joy!
