✨ 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
✨ Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee.
✨ No-shows will also be charged in full.
✨ Emergencies are always considered with compassion – just reach out.

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. This policy helps us keep things running efficiently and ensures every rider has access to the support they need.

Even just getting through a round at a competition is a win! Let the small things go! Don’t dwell on little things or it can ruin your whole ride/day!

At the end of the day we ride for the feeling and joy it gives us!

We all have off days and that is so ok, just the fact you got on and gave it a go is the win!
