Imagine you have a bucket, and you pour water into it from the tap, ... eventually it’s going to overflow...

Now swap the bucket in the story for your body, and swap the water in the story for daily stress, every day you are adding stress to the ‘bucket’ as you sleep you’re emptying the ‘bucket’ as best you can,
