When you share what’s on your mind with a friend, mentor, colleague, or therapist, it helps take the pressure off your nervous system. Bottling things up can keep your body stuck in “stress mode,” but talking can bring clarity, perspective, and support.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Sometimes the first step to feeling better is simply saying it out loud.
