We understand managing your health can be stressful, especially with the cost of living. To help us care for everyone safely, please note:
• Prescriptions, referrals, medical certificates, and other clinical requests usually require a consultation. Even repeat or missed items take time to review and action safely.

• Online options through HotDoc are now available for routine requests, repeat prescriptions, ongoing referrals, and replacing lost forms, using them helps reduce phone wait times.

• Our reception team cannot approve clinical requests. Please treat them with respect, abuse will not be tolerated.

To help us provide the best care:

• Use online requests when available or book an appointment if needed.
• Discuss all your needs during your appointment
• Plan ahead to avoid running out of medications or referrals

We’re excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive practice.

If you have experience working in a General Practice Nurse role and a genuine interest in primary care, we would love to hear from you. We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong patient-focused approach to their work.

This position will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. You will work closely with and report to our supportive Nurse Manager and Practice Manager, becoming part of a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We’re delighted to share some exciting news with our patients. Over the past two weeks, we’ve welcomed three new GPs to the practice: Dr Hannah Richardson, Dr Brita Mahoney and Dr Zoe Henderson.

They’re now fully settled in and looking forward to meeting and caring for our patients. Each of our new doctors brings valuable experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our community.

We would like to share that Dr Nidhi Verma will be finishing up with us today as she embarks on an exciting new chapter in
her career. Nidhi has accepted a position at RHH, where she will be training to become a Ruralist GP.

Nidhi has been a valued and much-loved member of our team, and we are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and compassion she has shown to our patients and community. While we will miss her greatly, we are proud to support her as she takes this next step in her professional journey.

For patients who have been seing Nidhi, our reception team will be happy to assist with booking appointments with one of our other female doctors, who will continue your care. Currently available doctors include Dr Kate Walker and Dr Holly Evans.

From February, we are also pleased to welcome Dr Hannah Richardson,
Dr Zoe Henderson, and Dr Britta Mahoney, who will be available to see patients.
