for coming home to your self My name is Laura Jones and I am a local Mum here on the Central Coast. Completing in December

I studied Relaxation, Remedial, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage with the School of Integrated Body Therapies and have 16 years hands on experience in these modalities. I have a diploma of Remedial Massage. I have worked alongside a Chiropractor as her assistant/Massage Therapist for 13 years. I am a registered member of ATMS and am eligible to give health fund rebates. In 2006 I comple

ted Reiki Degree 1. In 2007 I completed my pregnancy and postnatal massage training with the School of Integrated Body Therapies. I am also an Infant Massage Instructor (trained by IAIM) and an experienced Birth Doula (birth support) with qualifications with Optimum Birth. In 2015 I completed a Fertility/Digestive Massage course with Clare Blake from Fertility Massage Therapy & Training in the UK. in 2016 I have attended the following seminars at Shakti Durga's Shanti Mission: Ignite Your Spirit 1 & 2, Empowering Relationships 1 & 2, Yoga of the Mind. In 2017 I did a refresher workshop with Clare Blake for Fertility Massage and renewed my first aid certificate. In December my second child is due to be born.

Rose from is the most beautiful soul ✨ she has kindly created these beautiful pottery bowls as a gift for my grief clients. This is the second time she has gifted a box of these. I am so thankful. To give a client a little gift to take home after receiving a grief massage is something I really enjoy doing. I know when I went through my baby loss, little gifts meant the world to me. Thank you Rose, you’re an angel 🩷 Grief massages are available in my home or yours. They can make a lovely gift (making sure your loved one is up for receiving first). I have experience of massage those who have experienced all kinds of grief including parents, baby, child, animal, partner.. if you’re grieving, I’m here for you xx

Today I set up my business on Google. I know, I’m so behind in the times ! I usually direct people to my Facebook business page if they want to leave a review. Us women have been told that we can’t get pregnant when we are in our late 30’s - early 40’s. We can! I fell pregnant naturally at 37, 38 and 40. My pregnancy at 40 was so healthy. Birth was by far the shortest and easiest. Postpartum was bliss (thanks to a lot of support). Never give up on your dream of falling pregnant if that’s what you wish. World Breastfeeding Week has just ended. This is a reminder that all baby’s are welcome on my table for a breastfeed. Postpartum Mummas don’t need to cover up their breast, milk on my towels is so fine. Im very pro breastfeeding. Each of my baby’s were fed for 12-19 months each. They all self weened when they were ready. As a woman who massages a lot of pregnant and postpartum Mummas, I do not pass judgement on how you choose you feed your baby. Fed is best ;) xx

In February 2022, I became a Aware Practitioner. I had been massaging pregnant women for many many years prior and wanted to add to my skills. I had supported a woman as a doula having a natural breech birth at Gosford Private Hospital and my second baby was breech till 37 weeks pregnant.

As a Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, I do my usual pregnancy massage with added on body balance exercises aimed at creating more room in the pelvis, abdomen, hips, and uterus so the baby can assume a more optimal position on their own.

With my 19 years of massaging and my time as a doula, I love to chat to you about your upcoming birth. If your partner is home during a mobile visit, I can teach them ways to support you.

Every woman 16 weeks and over, receive this offering with permission.

These rebozos ✨ They have been with me for ten years, all the way from Mexico. They have wrapped so many women during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and closing the bones. They hold so much energy and I can feel all the women woven into the fabric. Women connecting women. The power and strength each woman carries passed on to the next woman ❤️
