Rosemary – 2 drops
Lemon – 2 drops
Sandalwood Australian – 1 drop
Add to 10ml Roller Bottle with carrier oil and apply to wrist and temples

Add to 20ml Sweet Almond and give your legs a quick massage rub
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲
Juniper Berry – 3 drops
Grapefruit Pink – 3 drops
Marjoram - 2 drops
Add to 20ml Sweet Almond and massage the body or use 1 drop of each in a warm bath with a cup of Epsom Salts
