Choose Vegan
A major study of almost 80,000 people found that people who eat a vegan diet had the lowest overall chance of developing cancer. 🔬📉
Compared to non vegans, vegans were 24% less likely to develop any cancer, with even greater reductions for specific cancers like stomach, prostate and breast cancer.
📌Younger vegans had a particularly lower chance of developing prostate and breast cancer (43 percent reduction and 31 percent reduction respectively).
📌Vegans also had a 23 percent decreased risk of medium-frequency cancers.
The best part? Vegan diets are not only better for your health – they are an ethical stance against animal exploitation and environmental harm. 💚
