We have moved!

Well technically.....we've closed the doors as Evolve Allied Healthcare and all of the wonderful practitioners within the space have taken new directions. Some have moved, others have joined practices nearby and there are some that will remain in the space under new tenants.

As we near the end of our time as a multidisciplinary clinic in Lismore and transition to a new space it's time to update our contact details.

Conventional 'talk therapy' may be particularly challenging for people who have experienced trauma and have a difficult time verbalising their experience. At Evolve Allied Healthcare we offer art therapy for adolescents and adults - providing clients an opportunity to safely process and express challenging thoughts and emotions that they may be navigating. is officially 1 week away! Here's our tips this week to prepare you for the big day. Time to slow it down and know that the last few months and weeks of training have you ready to nail every obstacle you are faced with 😉

1. Reduce training volume but maintain intensity with short, intense workouts. This will keep your body primed without overexertion.

2. Lightly review any obstacles you feel uncertain about. A little practice can boost your confidence.

3. Take 2-3 rest days this week to allow your body to recover fully. Rest is crucial for peak performance on race day.

4. Visualise success! Spend time mentally rehearsing the race to build confidence.

5. Enjoy the Journey! Share your success by tagging 🙌

It may not look like much, but this power point is the start of big things for us at

Thank you to our wonderful property management team .property.management and to our landlords for their support in the installation of a chair lift for our patients.

The upcoming installation of the chair lift is set to occur within the next few months and will allow us to be the first flood safe, allied health clinic within the CBD that allows for greater access for all abilities.

Participating in in 3 😱weeks time and wondering how to step up your for the best performance on the day? This coming week is all about enhancing power and functional fitness. Try incorporating these tips into your current workout schedule 😉

1. HITT THAT! Replace one cardio session with a HITT workout. This can be as simple as alternating 30 seconds of high-effort sprints with one minute of recovery walking. Aim for a total of 20 minutes.

2. Focus on pull movements for those tasks that require upper-body strength. Add exercises like pull-ups, deadlines, and bent-over rows into your strength training sessions.

3. Stimulate obstacle course challenges by practising skills like crawling, climbing or carrying weights. Those Jerry cans and dead balls won't carry themselves!!

4. Improve balance and stability by adding single-leg exercises, such as step-ups or Bulgarian split squats, to your workout. Stability is crucial for obstacle courses.
