My mission is to inspire and guide women like you on a journey of self-acceptance, empowerment, and unconditional love for oneself.

In a world that often demands so much from us, it's easy to lose sight of our own worth and neglect our own needs. Today, I wanted to remind you of something incredibly important: you are worthy of love exactly as you are.

Buying into the story that you need to love yourself more or be, do, have or look like something other than exactly who you are in order to receive love, is such a bu****it societal construct! You are enough right now, you are worthy right NOW. You need not do a single thing, other than be yourself!

Self-love is important as it creates a deeper self respect and trust that means you can then receive a deeper love from outside of yourself. The human condition means that we cannot allow ourselves to receive a love deeper than the love we give ourselves. We also will only allow someone to treat us as badly or as well as we are treating ourselves, so it is so important to create a deep and loving space within so you can use that as a barometer for how to be treated by others.

So self love isn't just about bubble baths and pampering (although those are cool too!), it's about recognising your inherent value, embracing your unique beauty, and treating yourself with the kindness and compassion you so freely give to others.

Remember to :

Celebrate your wins

Surround yourself with people who are medicine for your soul

Set powerful boundaries

Do things that feel good - meditate, move your body, ocean swims, reading a book, walk in nature - take this time for yourself, what you feed your body, mind and soul matters.

Remember, self-love is a journey, not a destination. It's about progress, not perfection. So be patient with yourself and trust in your own unique path.

Why can I take you there??

Over the last 13 years I have invested over 200k in my own personal and professional development, it's been a deep and wild journey of growth and transformation for both me and my incredible clients.

About my journey....

I was raised in Northern NSW (Australia) by a single Mother as an only child, I have never met my Father and had very little family.
In childhood I experienced a range of traumas, $exual abuse, neglect, emotional abuse and a lack of love.

At 13 I moved out of home into the arms of an older man who was violent and abusive. I experienced homelessness and would often be without food and other essentials. At 15 I gave birth to my first child and at 17 I had my second. At 20 their Dad left me for another woman.

I used alcohol and hyper functioning to survive, I built a successful career and ensured I had no time to feel anything.

I didn't know at the time but I was living with C-PTSD which wouldn't be diagnosed until my late 30s. I was misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression repeatedly due to experiencing sui3idal ideation.

Once I began my deeply inward journey it became very evident that I wasn't here just to experience it, I was here to support other women on their journeys.

So I cried, screamed, processed, healed, researched, learnt, studied, got certified, qualified and devoted my life to all things human growth and potential. Everything changed!!

I walked through the fire over and over again, I healed and rebirthed myself 1,000 times over… There is no-thing you can bring to me that I cannot and will not hold and love you through! 🫶
