I’m so grateful for the kindness and understanding shown while I took time away to be with my family as my dear Dad passed away.

A heartfelt thank you to Ange, Amy, Jess, Tess & Ellie for stepping up and keeping the studio running — your support means the world.

The full class timetable resumes Monday, 17th November.

We've just added another afternoon to the timetable.
Commencing Monday, 13th October 4.45pm with Amy.

I'm so excited to welcome Jess to the Southside Pilates Family.

As of next Friday Jess will be teaching 6am Reformer class.

The normal timetable is back in full swing and keep a lookout for new classes being added to the timetable soon
To help manage the waitlists more efficiently I need to implement a 12-hour cancellation window moving forward.
This means you need to cancel your booking at least 12 hours in advance to give others on the waitlist a chance to join the class.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to cancel within the 12-hour window, please contact me directly to discuss your situation.

Normal Timetable resumes tomorrow!

I'm feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for the last two weeks.

I'm also SO excited to be back in the studio tomorrow.

A big MASSIVE thank you to Ange, Amy & Jess for looking after the studio so I could enjoy my holidays
