Good Morning Valentines! Wishing all the lovers and friends a very Happy Valentine's Day ❤❤❤ The Apothecary is Open today until around 1pm, I have been blending our 'Luscious' all natural perfumes and massage oils for the lovers🤗and wanted to let you know I have fresh stock of lovely organic dried potpourri from my garden as well as organic unhulled cotton! My unhulled cotton is a great excipient for essential oils so you can come in and choose your favourite oil or blend and we can pop it onto the cotton and then pop it into one of these lovely felt hearts to accompany you through your day! Last week we settled nicely back in to the New Year holding space for a variety of clients and conditions which included treatments for backache and hip realignment, nervous system restoration, lymphatic congestion and swelling of the ankles, rye neck and associated upper body discomfort and a feet treat, including footbath, pumice rub and full leg and feet massage! Nothing beats a varied week!😁
Treatments for these conditions, included Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Aromatic Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy and some Reflexology!
Sometimes all blended into one session🤗

Hello and Welcome to 2026!!
To my dear Friends.....Clients, Customers and Community.....I would like to express my deepest gratitude for all your love and support of my Little Apothecary throughout 2025. Holding space for you, as you step into trust and letting go, is always such an honour🙏
I had a couple of pages of notes drafted for this post which I had intended to post before the New Year crept in but today, in my resting and reflective state, I feel more inclined to look at the colour and vibrancy of growth in my garden as the way forward for this new year. Nature, nurture, allowing the brightness and beauty of what catches your eye in every day life to cleanse and nourish your being. May you stop and take notice and in that moment of stillness, take a conscious breath to connect in with yourself and your surroundings, no matter where that may be. Take a moment, often, be still, be aware, be soft, before moving forward and on with your days. I hope this year is gentle and kind to you all💗
For me, my essence this year is to find more balance....my cup became quite depleted last year and it was already running on near empty from the years before it, so I am looking to restructure the business somehow. Am not quite sure exactly what that is going to look like just yet but watch this space!
I do hope you were all able to enjoy the merriment of the Festive Season and may the softness and stillness of quiet reflection give you strength for all that lays ahead. Happy New Year!🎉

I have a little table of goodies set up out the front of the shop today and will be Open today until 4 or later if need be......
I'm making Handcreams and All Natural Perfumes this afternoon and tmrw😁
Shop will be open again tmrw from 10:30 and Wed from 9ish for all your last minute shopping needs.....beautiful products, lovingly hand blended in store, gifts that keep on giving....plus much more!💗💗💗
