The evolution of these programs over last year has really allowed us to come into 2026 with a solid template for what works and how to get the most out of every one of our participants!

Finishing the end of term with an evening of martial arts fun and games 👏
Pizza, popcorn & a movie! 🎥🍿

Parents can stay or drop and go.
5yrs+ for drop and go. 🏃🏼🏃🏼‍♀️💨

Doors open 4pm- close 8pm

I’m working in Casino Fitness, I couldn’t be happy to be surrounded by such a great team at C-Fit!

💥 Personal Training is definitely worth looking at if you have physical goals for yourself, I get training myself, the feedback, motivation to push to new levels and the new knowledge that you can attain there’s nothing to loose even if it’s one session every couple months you benefit.

2025 has big things in store for us all! 💥💥

And I’m keen to help I am going to open up several more spots for one on one personal training clients! 💪🏼

Using C-Fit gym in casino we have a great gym to get to work in and group fitness sessions on a Tuesday morning if you just need that little extra kick.

💥One on one training sessions $60
💥Group Fitness sessions $15

Programs can be put together if you are needing a little more guidance in the gym and to ensure your track towards your goals. 🎉
