The Brigade was pleased to receive our new Community Defibrillator which was delivered to us on Sunday during Training. Huge thanks to Lucas from Event Medics & First Aid Solutions. It will be located under the awning. We will provide more details once it is fully installed.

ℹ️ McDonald’s Australia has asked us to communicate a change to Keri Orange Juice.

Macca's is pleased to announce that following a reformulation, Keri Orange Juice does not contain allergens requiring labelling.

This change is nationwide and is available on the McDonald’s Nutrition and Allergen Information from now
- This change applies only to Keri Orange Juice, currently in restaurants now
- The change in product will be indicated via menu boards in front counter and drive thru, kiosk and the MyMacca’s app, as well as third-party ordering platforms removing the ‘new allergens’ call out.

Last weekend EVENT MEDICS & FIRST AID SOLUTIONS with the assistance from EMERGENCY Medics Australia had the privilege of providing essential First Aid Services at the Eastern Creek 24 hour endurance go kart race hosted by Endurance Racing Club. The winning kart completed 1623 laps with the fastest time being 48.188 seconds. The race track is 1026m long. This event was Australias biggest endurance motorsport event.

This week we touch base on the Bush Fire Alert Levels:
Advice
Watch and act
Emergency warning

The Fire Danger Rating is a system designed to inform the community how dangerous a fire could be if one was to start

The Bush Fire Alert levels, is a system to give up to date information that a fire has started in your area and gives advice on what you should consider next.

Knowing what these signs and symbols mean could just save your life.

ADVICE: A fire has started there is no immediate threat, stay up to date incase the situation changes

WATCH AND ACT: There is a heightened level of threat. Conditions are changing and you need to start taking action now to protect you and your family.

EMERGENCY WARNING:
An Emergency Warning is the highest level of Bush Fire Alert. You may be in danger and need to take action immediately. Any delay now puts your life at risk.
