In clinic we spend a lot of time releasing negative emotions, trauma, the hurts that hold us back, that create fear and anxiety. But moving forward is about seeing our story differently. Focusing on the parts of ourselves that's all about love and being proud of ourselves. Even thinking about this is triggering for people. Proud has always felt like a negative trait for me to have of myself. Being able to accept positive things about ourselves and loving ourselves should not be hard. Thinking about the way our loved ones respond to us in positive ways and focusing on the positive is important for our growth 🤗❤️
