Since then the service has grown in line with community needs and now provides a wide range of day programs and overnight respite to school aged children and adults who have a disability, people who are frail aged and primary carers in Lithgow and Bathurst. ader in providing high quality, efficient services with person centered planning to enable and enhance the lives of people who have a disability or who are frail aged and their carers. UnitingCare Lithgow/Bathurst is committed to equal rights of access to it’s programs regardless of race, disability, religion, cultural background, gender, martial status, age etc. Access to the programs will be conducted in accordance with the Disability Service Standards, the Home and Community Care Principles and guidelines set by the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care, the Department of Health and Ageing, the Department of Family and Housing Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
