Dr Jason (from our Brisbane practice) will be helping out in the clinic this Friday and next Monday while Tom and Haley are on holidays.

We’re grateful to have such trusted hands stepping in. Jason brings a wealth of clinical experience, a gentle approach, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel and function at their best. He already knows many of our patients — and for those meeting him for the first time, you’ll be in very good care.

Appointments are available this Friday and next Monday. If you’ve been meaning to book in, this is a great opportunity to stay on track with your care while Tom and Haley enjoy a well-earned break.

Meet Dr Thomas Hemmings

Dr Thomas has been part of the Little Mountain Chiropractic team since late last year and has recently expanded his hours, creating more availability in the clinic.

Thomas enjoys looking after individuals and families of all ages, helping patients move better, recover from injury, and address the root cause of pain with a hands-on, practical approach to chiropractic care.

On the mend….

As many of you are aware, I was involved in a motorcycle accident involving a car a few weeks ago and have a broken foot & 5 broken ribs.

I am taking recovery slowly, and very much appreciate the messages of support and concern that have been coming through. I am so grateful to the community we have around us.

Special thanks to the team at LMC who have been especially supportive of our family during this time.

At this point I’m not sure when I’ll be back working, but I will keep you all posted. For now my focus is on healing up.

Due to the severe weather forecast for Thursday afternoon, we have decided in the interest of our patient’s and staff safety to close the clinic for Thursday from midday.

Activator Instrument Adjusting is considered a gentle and effective method used by Chiropractors around the spine and extremities. Many patients have never seen the Activator before they first come to our clinic but are gladly surprised at the results it can support.

It is one of the approaches used by our chiropractors to individualise care for each patient. It can be used along with manual techniques or with gentle low force techniques depending on what is clinically needed and what you as the patient request.

The Activator instrument is used by Chiropractors to manage a variety of issues, and since each person & case is different, the best way to find out if it will help you is to speak with us.

At Little Mountain Chiropractic, our Chiropractors are all trained and experienced in the use of the Activator instrument as part of their clinical toolkit so you get the best chiropractic results. Other techniques used include manual adjustments, SOT, Kinesiology and Cranial Techniques.
