The energy this week is asking you to pause and take a very honest look at where your energy is coming from and where it is going. It is about boundaries, awareness, and making sure you are not running on everyone else’s energy while yours quietly disappears.

Chamber of Protection is your reminder to draw your strength from within. Check your boundaries. Have you let outside energy into your space that does not feel supportive or aligned? Maybe you did not even notice it happening. This week is your cue to clear it out and tidy up your energetic house. Think less “open door policy” and more “by invitation only.”

The Seen brings the focus to your physical world. Your environment, your habits, your conversations, and what you are consciously engaging with day to day. What are you feeding your energy? This week’s card is Shed the Shell - Crack the Cocoon and Fly Away and the energy is all about shifting from inward to outward, from processing to action, from stuck to ready.

You start this week by going inward. Letting yourself sit with whatever you need to sit with. Processing, feeling, resting, thinking, crying, breathing, all of it. HELLO!! I'm Lexy and I LOVE coaching people. I believe in magic, fairies, and creating something amazing and worthwhile for the world. I want people to love themselves and wake up genuinely happy and healthy. I am incredibly passionate about teaching my programs where I help my client’s develop their psychic abilities. I also enjoy doing readings - using handwriting and colour to help people, meditation and using nature's food to heal. I have been practicing meditation, doing readings and coaching spiritual workers for nearly 10 years and I look forward to meeting you :)
