Many adults now spend more time on their phones and laptops than they do asleep.
Average sleep per day: 8h 21 sleeping p/day
Average on media devices: 8h 41mins p/day
We have 168 hours in a week, which means on average we spend 56 hours on devices a week. ⏰
Ultimately means, over the course of your life you will spend on average a THIRD of your life on your device.📱
Does that shock you? 🤯
Do you really think this doesn’t have long term implications on your spine?
Now I have a question for you all,
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?🤔
1) are you going to let your problem lay dormant and deal with constant recurrent issues until it’s too late to change?
2) are you going to get on top of your issue and provide longevity for your spine and your life.
That choice is up to you..
