Healthy & Delicious Peri Peri Chicken Salad 😋🍽️
➡️ 1 Peri Peri Chicken Breast
➡️ 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
➡️ 2 cups Spinach
➡️ 1 Carrot, grated
➡️ 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
➡️ 1/2 cup of Carmalised Onion
➡️ 2 tbsp French Salad Dressing
Instructions:
👨🍳 Prepare the Chicken: Season the Peri Peri Chicken Breast with a sprinkle of chia seeds. Cook the chicken breast on a grill or in a pan until fully cooked and golden brown.
👨🍳 Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the spinach, grated carrot, carmalised onion and shredded cabbage - add a sprinkle of chai seeds.
👨🍳 Assemble the Dish: Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on the side of our plate.
👨🍳 Dress the Salad: Drizzle the French Salad Dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
👨🍳 Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy a meal that's both healthy and delicious!
